Party Rental Terms
- In order to reserve any equipment for your event, a deposit of 25% is required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable without a confirmed notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the event. However, if the event is postponed due to inclement weather, we will do our best to provide a rain date, depending on availability. The remaining balance for the equipment rental is due on delivery.
- At SL Party Rentals, we require credit card information for all rentals as a precautionary measure in the event of lost or damaged equipment. This is to ensure that we can promptly address any issues that may arise, and to protect our equipment and your event.
- We offer pick-up options for your convenience, and all deliveries are subject to a delivery fee. We will work with you to determine the best delivery or pick-up options based on the location, size, and type of equipment you require.
- Please note that a 6.625% sales tax will be added to all orders. This tax is calculated based on the rental fee, and is a standard requirement in the state of New Jersey. We strive to be transparent with our pricing, and will always provide a clear breakdown of all fees and charges associated with your rental order.

Amazing to work with from start to finish. All emails were answered in a matter of minutes, which is rare with party supply businesses lately. The prices were on par with industry standard, but the quality of the tables and chairs was above quality! Delivery and pickup prices were amazing. There was terrible weather the day of my event and I was able to cancel what wouldn’t fit in my house since we had to move the party inside. Will be using this company every year!

Highly recommend SL Party rentals! Set up of chairs, tables, tents were perfectly done. The additional games we had; connect 4, ladder ball and frisbee bottle bash were a hit! Our friends and family loved all the games! We will definitely use SL Party rentals for all of our parties moving forward.
